When they work again with live-build 3.x. There is no set schedule for this. I imagine they'll go up shortly after the last bug(s) preventing builds from being even bootable get solved (primarily the syslinux issue mentioned below).
Meanwhile, you can build your own with live-build, but if you use syslinux (the default, and essential for hybrid images), apply this workaround or else your image will not be bootable:
