if you still have the old version arround (or now which one it was and
can thus get it from git), you can run 'make uninstall' in the source
directory.
if you don't have it, remove anything matching the following:
/usr/bin/lb*
/usr/bin/live-build*
/usr/share/live/build*
/usr/share/man/man*/lb*
/usr/share/man/man*/live-build*
/usr/share/man/*/man*/lb*
/usr/share/man/*/man*/live-build*
