if you read carefully you will see that my issue is not that we dont have the indices its that with:

--debian-installer-distribution wheezy \

--parent-distribution wheezy \

--parent-debian-installer-distribution wheezy \

--parent-mirror-debian-installer ${DEBIANREPO} \

--mirror-debian-installer ${DEBIANREPO} \

its still trying to download d-i from our servers and it shouldnt

you said on irc that you're carying all debian packages in your repo.
obviously you missed to mirror d-i properly (that being at least
indicies, don't know about packages, haven't looked at your repo).
