Bug#627187: live-boot-initramfs-tools: No support for IPv6 in debian-live network boot

This is way different. There is even no proposal for USB replacement but
IPv6 is here right now, and some people might experience real issues
trying to netboot from an IPv6 address.

This report states that it is not supported and points to the root of
the issue - use of ipconfig that is not IPv6 capable.
