Likely. Why are you saying 'lb -h' instead of 'lb -v'? The former shows
you the man page. The latter, the version. Unless ~/bin/usr/man is in
your manpath, you'll see the man page for the installed package, not
your local version. Also, your prefix ~/bin is really screwy.
