EXT3-fs error (device sda3): ext3_journal_start_sb: Detected aborted journal

Hi all,
I'm using debian live to create a live system on usb with two permanent partition (three partitions in total on usb). I'm using custom kernel (derived from 2.6.26 debian source kernel) with fxce and other packages. The system works fine but after some day I create it I receive the following errors on the permanent partition with ext3 filesystem:

Aborting journal on device sda3
ext3_abort called
EXT3-fs error (device sda3): ext3_journal_start_sb: Detected aborted journal
Remounting filesystem read-only
EXT3-fs error (device sda3) in ext3_ordered_write_end: IO failure

on messages I see a lot of:
sda Add Sense: No additional sense information
Sense key: no Sense current

and the output of df message contains:
df: /filesystem.squashfs no such file or directory (I think this is a bug with /proc/mounts and /etc/mtab)

After this I cannot repair this partition with fsck tool. The usb pen seems damaged because I cannot re-create another debian live on this usb pen with dd command. I receive the ext3 buffer IO errors. So I have to re-create the system on another usb pen drive.

I repeated this operation on five different usb pen, now all this pens are damaged, I cannot format, resize, repair. I have the same problems with ext2 filesystem.

Have you never see it before?

Any suggestion is appreciate.

Kind regards
