Debian 6.0 "Squeeze" has been released, what's the union file system for Wheezy during development?

Hi Daniel,
Since Debian 6.0 "Squeeze" has been released today, I would like to propose this question, what's the union file system for wheezy live? The Debian kernel team does not like to include aufs in the kernel, so we can not find it in linux-image-2.6.34 to linux-image-2.6.37 in the sid or experimental release. Not only aufs, but also unionfs is not available in those kernel packages. While unionfs-fuse is not accepted due to performance, and Union mounts is not ready yet, what's the union file system we will use during Wheezy is developed?
Thanks.

Steven.
