On most of www.debian.org, all pages are translated.  One long-term idea
might be to use http://ikiwiki.info/plugins/po/ to achieve that here.

Here's the webpage source, now that I found it.  I suppose a nice
first patch might be to put a link to it in the web page footer. :)
