building a squeeze image

Hello all,
For a number of days now, if I do

lh config -r live.debian.net
lh config -d "squeeze"
lh build

in an empty directory, I end up with the error message

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old
ones used instead.
P: Begin unmounting filesystems...

I have been expecting the problem to disappear on its own, but it
doesn't seem to. Any solutions?
