I have the following in my sources.list:

And my version of live-initramfs is 1.157.3+20091016.160329.
Just tried to build an image, which succeeded, but booting it up produced the
"/init: line 1: /lib/udev/cdrom_id: not found" msg again, resulting in a non-bootable live image
(tested with VirtualBox)
Furthermore something looks to be going wrong now while creating users/groups:

I can't remember that happening before, so it looks like it's triggered by the latest
update/version.
I'm reporting this only to the list (and not BTS), since I don't know if this is the version you
