agreed, however, we do package selection for the desktop images
determined by the according task from tasksel. if its not included
there, it's not included in the matching live cd. that means, if you
want to get it included, ask the tasksel maintainers to include it.

apart from that, the images, specifically the gnome and the kde one, are
already on the edge of what fits on a cdrom and we had to do quite some
trickery to make it fit. i doubt that rsync and ssh would fit.
