Good afternoon,It would probably be best practice to pull in gnome-accessibility if it fits onto the CD.
I am glad to hear that it might be possible to get Orca onto the Live CD. If we can get this to work I can write a tutorial on using the CD with Orca, that is to say how to get from the login screen to running Orca.
