git repository location updates

Hi,

i've moved the git repositories from git.debian.net to live.debian.net
in order to concentrate all services for Debian Live on a single,
non-disputed address.

The old locations are not valid anymore and were the following ones:

  git://git.debian.net/git/debian-live/live-helper.git
  git://git.debian.net/git/debian-live/live-initramfs.git
  git://git.debian.net/git/debian-live/live-initscripts.git
  git://git.debian.net/git/debian-live/live-startscripts.git
  git://git.debian.net/git/debian-live/live-webhelper.git
  git://git.debian.net/git/debian-live/live-manual.git

The new locations are:

  git://live.debian.net/git/live-helper.git
  git://live.debian.net/git/live-initramfs.git
  git://live.debian.net/git/live-initscripts.git
  git://live.debian.net/git/live-startscripts.git
  git://live.debian.net/git/live-webhelper.git
  git://live.debian.net/git/live-manual.git

(or http://live.debian.net/gitweb/ for the webfrontend)

Note, that nothing else has changed - those of you who could commit to
the live repositories on git.debian.net can commit to the same
repositories on live.debian.net with the same keys as before.

The homepage and the manual have been updated to reflect the changes
where necessary.
