patch for LH_SYSLINUX_MENU="disabled" to work again

Greetings,

This patch seems to fix the syslinux when menu is disabled via:

config/binary:LH_SYSLINUX_MENU="disabled"

I only tested this with a binary.iso . Maybe this helps on bug
