Another idea is to finish the gorgeous thing called live-installer.

live-installer to be more generic and kind should support also these features 
in my order of preference:

- fix already discovered serious bugs (timezone?)

- should be available also for USB (HD) media;
- should support netboot media;

- could be launched at run-time in some way (no need for ubiquity then);
- :  in case of run-time operation an option to include run time changes in 
installation could be really powerful (but also dangerous obviously);

- should permit to autoeject cds after finish (cleanly umount things ?);

- should support more than 1 filesystem (again "stackable fs")
