swap activating fail after suspend to disk

Hi,

I've created a live-cd with LH_DEBIAN_INSTALLER="live" and after successful installation on the harddisk I have the problem, that after using s2disk the computer turns off and all looks fine, but then while booting the system i've got this massage:

Activating swap... Unable to find swap-space signature
faild

and the computer logically boots normal from harddisk and not from swap.

With a normal installation of debian suspend to disk works without any problems.

Any help to solve this problem or is this a known bug of live-installer?
