If you would like to give me explicit instructions on how to do it I will have a crack at it this week. BTW I can recreate the bootable cd ok, just need to know what to edit.
But I hope that somebody will add the option to the official images and a new batch that boots automatically appears soon.i don't think so, even live-images should not start by default.
