Small live images

Hello,

For whom may need, I have written a script to build small image (faster
to load). see 
 http://wiki.debian.org/DebianLive/HowTo/SmallSizeImage

Feel free to implement it within live-helper (or simplify the script if
I missed some features of Live Helper)


BTW, the patch "Removing the whole cache, not just the .deb cache.."
doesn't work : i think the /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin is rebuilt later
(during deconfigure stage).
