lh_config -f minimal is broken ?

Hello,

When I try lh_config -f minimal && lh_build it fail after "P: Configuring
file /etc/apt/sources.list" with an error like "env: cannot find aptitude".

It seems that in the lh_chroot_sources line 158 should test
chroot/usr/bin/aptitude instead of /usr/bin/aptitude. The same occurs on
line 123.

Maybe "lh_config -f minimal" should set LH_APT to apt to prevent aptitude
installation.
