rebuild with fluxbox

basically this way (from inside the debian-live directory):

lh_clean binary # this removes the binary image and associated files

vi config/chroot # add fluxbux to LIVE_PACKAGES

lh_chroot_packages # (re-)installs $LIVE_PACKAGES

lh_binary # (re-)builds the binary image
