This issue still exists. Old Lintian urls such as
https://lintian.debian.org/tags/public-upstream-key-not-minimal.html
do not redirect anywhere. Searching online with e.g. "lintian
public-upstream-key-not-minimal" does not yield any results. Yes, I
can of course as a DD find them, but less experienced contributors
currently struggle to learn about Lintian issues and fix them due to
this situation.

I am still willing to contribute the Apache/Nginx rewrite rules if
somebody can point me to a code repository where I can read/contribute
at like I announced on September 27th, 2023 in this thread[1].
