What's the problem with arch:all using Build-Using?sphinxdoc even provides a ${sphinxdoc:Built-Using} substvar to be used in documentation generated with sphinxdoc. (Yes, you can't binNMU the package to bump the B-U in order to kick old source packages from the archive that are solely kept to satisfy B-U).
