I guess I wasn't very clear. My question is why this new breakout-link
tag has been added, and how is this supposed to be an issue. Things have
been like that in the glibc package for 20 years, so I wonder why this
issue suddenly popped-up. I can't find anything in the Debian Policy
forbidding that.
