  Store DEB_HOST_* variables and hardening buildflags in two JSON files.
  
  Uses a familiar and portable file format. Reduces the number of data
  files from five to two.
  
  Also, vastly simplifies the program private/refresh-archs, a precursor
  to fully automatic updates for our data sources. It will ultimately
  solve Bug#885438.
