Bug#974946: lintian fails hard with disabled changelog-should-mention-nmu tag in vendor profile

2.101.0 + 2.101.0~bpo10+1 are pretty much the same version. ;)

But "Disable-Tags: no-nmu-in-changelog" then fails hard with e.g.
lintian v2.15.0 from Debian/buster, due to:

| Unknown tag "no-nmu-in-changelog" in profile "example/main" at /usr/share/perl5/Lintian/Profile.pm line 474.

Quoting myself from my initial bugreport:

| I'm all for cleaning up, though it would be nice to have backwards
| compatibility for such changes. Otherwise it's impossible to use
| such a lintian profile on e.g. buster and bullseye systems at the
| same time.
