Package: lintian Severity: wishlist Version: 2.89.0 Hi,with all my packages (and I know that other DDs share this habbit), I place a debian/patches/README file into the source packages explaining about the patch naming scheme.
This debian/patches/README file should be ignored by the patch-not-forwarded-upstream lintian check.
``` I: <pkg> source: patch-not-forwarded-upstream debian/patches/README N: N: According to the DEP-3 headers, this patch has not been forwarded N: upstream.
