Bug#879953: lintian: script-needs-depends-on-sensible-utils should not be emitted if there is already a Recommends on sensible-utils

I agree totally, but that's neither the point of Dependencies or
Recommends nor of lintian warnings. ;-)

Yes, addining a check is what I'm thinking about for dhomepage, too.
