Yes, this tag is what made me bump it from recommends to depends in
devscripts, but I consider sensible-utils important nonetheless (I even
use them in some personal scripts).

For devscripts, it was used in nmudiff, which I consider important.
Also (haven't checked) but nmudiff doesn't do any prior check on the
availability of sensible-editor before calling it, and the failure
message would be quite unhelpful.


It might be just me that I'm an happy user of sensible-utils and would
rather see it a more widespread usage :)
