Bug#823854: lintian: Incorrectly identified as minified Javascript ("source-is-missing")

Lintian presents the following error when building Drupal7:

E: drupal7 source: source-is-missing themes/bartik/color/preview.js line length is 311 characters (>256)

However, IMO just the line length should not trigger this bug. Case in
point, the following is clearly not a minified file:

Many things could be said about its style, but it's clearly editable
source. Just using the longest line length to trigger this report is
prone to failure; maybe it should be reported if over a given
threshold; in this case, just one line (out of 40) is so wide; two
more lines are above the much more acceptable 132 characters, and
three more are over 80.
