Bug#789878: lintian: should not warn unusual-interpreter for hiphip virtual machine

This is not a bug, at least for the time being. The primary purpose of 
Lintian is to check packages that are going to be uploaded to Debian, 
and there is no /usr/bin/hhvm in Debian yet.
