Bug#757615: lintian: warn if a space is used in a DEP-5 license name

Hi,

but together, the original license text plus the exception form a new license
with the name of format "<license> with <exception> exception", no? This is not
the point I want to discuss here but just of general interest.

More importantly for this bugreport: what constitutes a "license name" and how
can one check that it is without spaces?

Maybe the copyright format needs an amendment which specifies the syntax for
things like "license plus exception" or "license of some variant"?

Maybe this bug can not be fixed right now?

cheers, josch
