On the one hand it says "License names are case-insensitive, and may not
contain spaces" on the other hand it has "GPL-2+ with OpenSSL exception" in its
examples.
It made sense to me that license names must not contain spaces because it
allows to use spaces as separators between license names and the logical
connectors "or", "and" and ", and".
So how is "License names are case-insensitive, and may not contain spaces" to
be read? As I understood it, it makes "GPL-2+ with OpenSSL exception" an
invalid value for the License field.
