Hi,

Do we want to special-case "unpacked" from the rest of the collections?
 It is likely to be the only collection in our setup taking that much
space for any normal package.

That is, do we want a directive to make Lintian stuff unpacked into
$UNPACKED_DIR and the rest into the lab in $TMPDIR as usual or do we
just one directive in the lintian file to change the default TMPDIR?
