I had a chat with Matthias about the -gcj packages and while I am left
with more questions than answers I realise that I misunderstood his
email.  He was comparing execution speed of openjdk with Zero vs.
gcj/gij with -gcj packages.
  I have reduced the check to only cover libX-java packages.
