Bug#548805: lintian: Packages using update-inetd must depend on inet-superserver

I don't understand this problem report. The recommendation is to depend
on one or the other, since some packages don't require inetd be running,
only that update-inetd be available for postinst to use.
What specific problem do you believe needs to be fixed?
