Ah, right, I forgot about that change ...

Hm.
It's right that Module::Build comes with Perl, but only since version
5.10.
What I usually do is to write a build dependency like
    "perl-modules (>= 5.10) | libmodule-build-perl"
to make the build process do "the right thing" for older and new perl
versions.
