Package: lintian
Version: 2.2.13
Severity: wishlist

Please add policy warning (error?) against debian/changelog for not
being in UTF8 encoding. E.g. foreign names in ISO-8859-1 appear
different if file is saved in UTF8.

    E: procmail-lib: debian-changelog-file-uses-obsolete-national-encoding at line 9

Please excuse, it must have been buried on build messages for me.
