        What does that mean? I can't parse "documentation should mislead
 to". Does this mean documentation should be misleading? I at least
 understood the previous title (it was grammatical), but I no longer
 have a clue as to what this means.

        Also, why should generated files not go to /etc?  As long as
 user changes are not lost, that is perfectly fine.
