I'm (slowly, as the most powerful etch machine I can easily (ab)use for
testing is a PII 400) working through the obvious suspects, namely those
for which lintian.d.o currently reports apparently-corrupted-elf-binary.

Although I haven't managed to reproduce the readelf warnings or errors
yet, libc6-amd64 has tickled at least one bug in the collection script
which I'll fix in the repository shortly.
