Bug#465132: outdated-autotools-helper-file: Should refer to autotools-dev README
Package: lintian
Version: 1.23.45
Severity: wishlist

The long description for outdated-autotools-helper-file should IMO refer
to the README of autotools-dev for possible solutions to fix this
lintian warning. There was discussion recently at debian-mentors:
http://lists.debian.org/debian-mentors/2008/02/msg00210.html
Because of this I think, referencing the README would help to explain
the warning.
Regards, Daniel
