Bug#492493: lintian: please remove the su-to-root check in desktop files

I mean a package with substantial performance impact on the system
(update-menus takes quite some time) and close to zero usefulness for
GNOME users.

Still, this is the only sane solution. The su-to-root command being
similar to sensible-* commands, it belongs to debianutils. Until this
happens, I am not going to change this in GNOME packages.
