Why does lintian claim ledcontrol is missing LSB headers?

Hi.  When looking at
<URL:http://lintian.debian.org/reports/tags/init.d-script-missing-lsb-section.html>,
ledcontrol show up as missing the LSB header, but when I download the
source to check out the error, the header is present in
ledcontrol-0.5.2/debian/ledcontrol.ledd.  Why isn't the lintian report
script discovering this?
