* debian/dirs:
  + [RA] Stop creating empty /usr/share/lintian/{overrides,info}
    directories.  The latter is no longer used and the former is shipped
    with packages that include overrides.
  + [RA] Remove mention of unused /usr/share/lintian/info directory.
