Some points to discuss in the beta
Beside some bugs I've already fixed in the Beta, there are some points
I found where we should discuss if they are bugs:
1) we have now a check control-file and a check control-files. Wouldn't
it be better to rename one of these two? This may lead to confusion
sometimes.
2) The checking for obsolete encoding was verbatim copied from the
changelog check to the control file check. Which brings us in the middle
of one of the debian-policy flame wars: policy mandates UTF-8 for
changelog files, does this automatically mean that it is mandated for
control files, too? I would prefer if we could take a neutral position
here until this is decided some time.
