lintian: request of overide of lxr-cvs

lintian on lxr-cvs packages give me this warning:
$ lintian -i lxr-cvs_0.9.2-2_i386.changes

On lxr-cvs this is not an error:
lxr-cvs is a pure perl package to handle a web based cross-reference site.
The INSTALL.gz contain some information to configure the web server.
README.Debian contain already the most important information need to
configure and use the server, but the INSTALL contain the full documentation,
i.e. for customization, to run cross-reference of a CVS site and to use
this package with Oracle DB (in README.Debian only doc for mysql and Postgresql).
