Lintian reported a error by mistake

Hi, guys, 

The lintian report tell:

E: snare: description-starts-with-package-name
N:
N:   The first line of the "Description:" should not start with the package
N:   name. For example, the package foo should not have a description like
N:   this: `foo is a program that...'.

But my control file is:

Section: unknown
Priority: optional
Maintainer: Michelle Ribeiro <michelle@focalinux.org>

Package: snare

I guess this a mistake.
