But from what I read online and from what is written in the latest version of the proposal in Article 2 (6) http://www.europarl.europa.eu/doceo/document/A-8-2018-0245-AM-271-271_EN.pdf It seems that the definition of "online content-sharing service provider" exempts "open source software-developing and- sharing platforms". This might mean that screenshots.debian.net is safe? Probably a better audience for this topic is debian-legal (CC). cheers, josch
