Yes, they apply to everything in Debian main, executables, libraries,
firmware, interpreted code, artwork, audio, fonts, documents, etc.

Personally I'm not so sure it is that clear-cut. It really depends how
you define "the work". Is Freeplane an aggregation of works or one
work that consists of code and art? If you delete the art will the
code still run? Is the art useful without the code interpreting it?
