Hi,thanks for the suggestion. (BTW, is the fact that CC0 is a "licence" rather than a "dedication" an accepted POW? I thought it was still an open question.)
Could the copyright-format page [1] be changed to state more explicitly that the Copyright field should list the names of the authors even in the case of public domain works (or works licensed via CC0)? I would like to file a bug report but I do not see which package I should use for that.
