Ben, am I mistaken or is the analyzed license unchanged since the last
time we discussed it?
A wdiff run only spots a copyright year update...

Why are you restarting the analysis from scratch?

I think the already cited previous thread [1] explains the issues of
the license in detail.

Moreover, I don't think that "no final conclusion has been reached" in
that thread, as Bojan instead claims.
After re-reading the thread, it seems to me that the majority of the
people who participated to that discussion agreed that there were some
issues that made the license unacceptable for main.

The only new issue that you have just raised is the requirement to keep
a changelog in each file: this issue wasn't spotted during the Oct 2008
discussion.  Thanks for catching it!
